'BIG PICTURE' GOAL:
I WANT: To reach a clothing size of 12 and be in the 70 kg's and to maintain this for good physical, mental and spiritual health.
BY: Exercising for a minimum of 5 days per week, eating according to the WW program, limiting Soft Drink and Take-away meals to once per week and drinking 2-3L of water daily.
FEELING: Alive, healthy, sexy, proud, peaceful, free and without regrets
WHEN: Short Term Goal - Reach 99.9kg by Oct 17th
Medium Term Goal - Reach 89.5kg by Dec 19th
Long Term Goal: Reach WW Goal of 76kg 33rd birthday June 29th 08
Long Term Goal: Complete maintenance and become a WW Lifetime
