Welcome to my 13th online weight loss challenge!
In Sept 2005 I was lucky enough to be chosen to participate in a WHO magazine 12-week weight loss challenge. That challenge saw me lose 13.7kg in twelve weeks. I took many online friends along for the ride and as a group we lost an amazing 206.4kg in 12 weeks!! The 2nd challenge saw the group lose over 366.3kg!!! The 3rd challenge we lost 159.5kg!!! The 4th challenge lost 74.6kg in total!! The 5th challenge lost 18.2kg in just 4wk's and our 6th challenge lost 66.3kg!! The 7th challenge lost 7.1kg, the 8th lost 27.8kg and the 9th challenge lost 27.1kg!! Our 10th challenge lost 18.3kg, our 11th lost 12.5kg. And the latest challenge, our 12th, lost a total of 17.3kg.
That brings our grand total lost to 1001.4kg!!!!!
Which brings us to our 13th challenge - unlucky for some but not for us :)
Here's how to join. On the chart below you can see the dates of the 'Start Weight' week. During this week you need to send me your official start weight. On whatever day you chose to be your regular weigh-in day. I also need a screen name and your challenge goal (how much you want to lose over the 6wk's).
Send all this info to slimming4health@dodo.com.au
Then each week, on your chosen weigh-in day, just send me an email with your updated weight for the week. It's that easy.
Each weeks stats need to be submitted on time at the end of each week or the Monday after. Please keep up to date or I will have to remove you from the challenge. The goal is to see this through to the end and reach your personal goals...it's not a race to lose the most each week!
