Home Page:
On all pages of my website you will find a link in the top left corner to my home page.  So if you get lost just head back home and start again :)
On the home page you will also find links to my guestbook and email.

Journal Page:
This is where you will find my diary entries.  These cover what's been happening in my diet, exercise and personal life.  When possible I update every day but sometimes life does get in the way and I may miss a day or two.
For ease of loading I have now seperated them into groups as follows:

Each three months a new journal page is started to ensure the page does not get slow to load.  All the old page's remain accessible from here for anyone wishing to read back.

FORUM:
This is where you will find readers and challenger's discussing their weight loss ups and downs, tips, motivations or anything else that takes our fancy.  Come along and join in!  I look forward to talking to you more there :)

Stats Page:
This is where you will find my weekly weigh-in results, my measurement losses and also my progress graph.

Goals Page:
I think setting short, medium and long term goals is a very important step in the journey to a slimmer and healthier me.  So on this page you can see all my goals listed out and marked off when they are achieved.

Brags Page:
When you have a long way to go on your weight loss journey it's important to remind yourself of what you are achieving along the way.  When someone compliments me on my progress or I have a non-scale victory of some sort I list it on this page as a reminder to myself of the changes I am making.

My Story:
This page has a general background on my weight history etc.  It talks of where I have come from and where I hope to go in future.  It also has some fun little trivia lists about myself etc that others have sent for me to complete over the years.

Photo's Page:
This link will take you to my online photo album.  It has some shocking 'before' pics and some improved shots as my weight has decreased. 
I also have a page called Random Pic's which is where I'll post recent pic's or one's that I've talked about in my daily journal entries :)

Challenge Pages:
When I was selected for the WHO magazine 12wk weight loss challenge I also set up an online challenge for readers to join me in the journey.  Since then I have run many more and will continue to do so.

The Exercise Page:
This is the page where I am listing workouts of varying lengths for anyone looking for something new or fresh to try.  Workouts can easily get stale and that's when they become boring and we give up on them.  But no need to worry as I'll be constantly adding to this page to give us all some new things to try.  The first phase is 5min workouts.  Who doesn't have 5 min's each day to spare??

This page lists my current gym workout so that I don't have to write it in full detail each time I speak about it.  You can go here to read all the latest on what I'm doing at the gym, including machines/exercises, weights and reps.
