Journal Page:
This is where you will find my diary entries. These cover what's been happening in my diet, exercise and personal life. When possible I update every day but sometimes life does get in the way and I may miss a day or two.
For ease of loading I have now seperated them into groups as follows:
Each three months a new journal page is started to ensure the page does not get slow to load. All the old page's remain accessible from here for anyone wishing to read back.

I think setting short, medium and long term goals is a very important step in the journey to a slimmer and healthier me. So on this page you can see all my goals listed out and marked off when they are achieved.
When you have a long way to go on your weight loss journey it's important to remind yourself of what you are achieving along the way. When someone compliments me on my progress or I have a non-scale victory of some sort I list it on this page as a reminder to myself of the changes I am making.
This page has a general background on my weight history etc. It talks of where I have come from and where I hope to go in future. It also has some fun little trivia lists about myself etc that others have sent for me to complete over the years.
This link will take you to my online photo album. It has some shocking 'before' pics and some improved shots as my weight has decreased.

This is the page where I am listing workouts of varying lengths for anyone looking for something new or fresh to try. Workouts can easily get stale and that's when they become boring and we give up on them. But no need to worry as I'll be constantly adding to this page to give us all some new things to try. The first phase is 5min workouts. Who doesn't have 5 min's each day to spare??
