concrete staircase I zigzag up and down all the way along. Each step is about knee height!
This is the pier (about 890m long) that I do interval running on. Jog to one light pole, walk to the next, then jog one...etc etc.
This is just a snapshot of the Esplanade path I always work out on. It runs the entire length of our town along the beach. Beautiful!!

Our visit to the nearby Maroochy Shire Botanical Gardens - Sculpture Gardens. Beautiful! Simon & I would like to renew our wedding vows there one day it was that nice :)
